1. General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 54bd1 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 7. Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach or fraudulent activity, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period. Where closure follows a confirmed breach of these terms, 54bd1 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation.
